| The wading pool was not open at the time of inspection. When it was discovered that the drain cover was off the frame, then wading pool remained closed. DO NOT OPEN THE WADING POOL UNTIL THE DRAIN COVER IS PROPERLY ATTACHED. THE FLOW METER WAS NOT WORKING. REPAIR THE FLOW METER. |
