[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
The facilities were not maintained in a safe, clean & sanitary, and in good repair. -Observed wads of toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom. CLEAN THE BATHROOM.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. -Observed the free chlorine to be 0.8 ppm. -The manager closed the pool.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

-Observed the free chlorine below 1 ppm. The manager closed the pool. It was reported that there was a power outage earlier in the day, and the chlorinator has not been operating correctly since then. Keep the pool closed until the chlorinator is operating correctly and the free chlorine tested and is at least 1 ppm.

Contact LCPH for a re-inspection when the pool is set to reopen.

When the pool reopens, ensure the chlorine and pH is tested at least every 4 hours that the pool is open to swimmers.
