| Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar 12MF) were installed 7-14-22. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 7-14-27. The equalizer outlet covers (AquaStar 4HP) were installed 5-14-21. They have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 5-14-26. There is a small amount of deck damage by the handrail that should be repaired to prevent stubbed toes. Keep documentation of the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer’s annual inspection available at the pool facility for review by the health department. Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals. Put a new label on the chlorine tanks. |
