| This inspection verifies the disinfectant equipment replacement is consistent with plans submitted and approved in accordance with OAC 3701-31-05. Project Number AGON-AN6JZG for the replacement of a disinfectant unit was approved by the Ohio Department of Health on 6-29-17 and is on file. The Rainbow Lifeguard 300-29X was replaced with the Flexflo A1N10A-7T. An automatic chemical control has been installed along with a acid feeder. The pump model number is different than the recorded number on last year' inventory report. Reportedly the pump has not replaced. |
