Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.

A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. -Observed flow meter malfunctioning. Volume reading at 45.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.

Liquid Chlorine was purchased at time of 1st inspection and pumped through the distribution system.
I took lunch and returned to site to conduct a re-inspection.
I returned from lunch, provided training and education on sampling procedures, documentation, and water chemistry did a re-inspection.
Water chemistry tested at 1.8 ppm total chlorine, 1.6 ppm free chlorine and .2 combined chlorine.
Pool is now operational
