3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. -Observed the combined chlorine is not being tested or recorded. TEST FOR COMBINE CHLROINE PRIOR TO BATHERS ENTERING THE WATER AND EVERY 4 HOURS THE POOL IS OPEN FOR USE.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
Corrected During Inspection Cross connection hazards were present. -Observed a hose inserted into the pool while filling the pool. A backflow prevention device or vacuum breaker was not installed on the hose. -The operator pulled the hose from the pool and created an air gap while the pool was filling.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(j) / All SVRS devices are maintained/ functional and tested
Critical Repeat SVRS devices were not maintained or not functional. -Observed there was no functional SVRS device installed. -The PIC reported that one has been ordered, but it has not yet arrived for installation. -STRONGLY RECOMMEND CLOSING THE POOL UNTIL THE SVRS SYSTEM IS REPLACED.
Restore all SVRS devices to proper working order to prevent entrapment or evisceration.

-The main drain cover certificate with an installation date is not available. The main drain cover is to be replaced at the end of the season. Retain the certificate of compliance for the new drain cover and include the installation date.

-IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO CLOSE THE POOL WHILE THERE IS NO FUNCTIONAL SVRS SYSTEM.

-When refinishing the pool, ensure a pre-approved color is used. A list of ODH pre-approved colors will be provided via email.
