All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REPLACE THE MISSING WEIR IN THE SKIMMER.

Critical Repeat Equipment/chemical/storage areas had hazards present. CHEMICAL TUBING IS LEAKING STILL.
These storage areas must be kept free of hazards to avoid a serious public health nuisance. REPAIR THE CHLORINE LEAK FROM THE CHEMICAL PUMP TUBING. THE PROBLEM WAS POINTED OUT TO THE OPERATOR WHILE IN THE EQUIPMENT.
