| Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (New Water Solutions DS 360) was installed 3/21/2019. The cover has a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 3/21/2024. Since the pool is used primarily as a therapy pool and the pool is located at a medical facility, the local health department decided that the water temperature can exceed 90 degrees, if no health or safety hazards exist and no strenuous activity takes place in the pool. This decision is subject to review and change. If the pool is used exclusively as a therapy pool, no license is required from the local health department. |
