Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation. THIS VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION BY ADJUSTING THE ORP SET POINT. FREE CHLORINE WAS 5.4 AFTER 20 MINUTES. Correct By: 20-Oct-2021

Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired.
