Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. One place it was 8 inches between the bottom of the fence and the ground.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. MODIFY THE FENCE TO ELIMINATE THE GAP UNDER THE FENCE.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
