Critical Repeat Equipment/chemical/storage areas were not secured. -Observed that the small combination lock was locked in a manner that did not prevent the door from being opened. -ENSURE THE LOCKS ARE PROPERLY APPLIED TO PREVENT ACCESS TO THE EQUIPMENT AND CHEMICAL STORAGE FOR THE SPA.
