REPLACE THE DRAIN COVERS, INSTALL COMPLIANT COVERS PER MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. KEEP THE CERT OF COMPLIANCE, CERT OF INSTALLATION, AND THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. This is a critical operational item and posed an imminent health/safety hazard. THE POOL MUST IMMEDIATELY CLOSE UNTIL THE VIOLATION HAS BEEN CORRECTED AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT VERIFIES THE COMPLIANCE. Correct By: 29-May-2018
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b) / SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
Critical The SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration has not been installed at the time of the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. INSTALL A SVRS. A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. The flow meter that was installed is for a 3 inch pipe. It is still installed too close to the disturbances (elbows).
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. INSTALL THE CORRECT FLOW METER FOR THE PIPE AND INSTALL PER MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. Correct By: 04-Jun-2018
