I WILL CHECK WITH THE CITY PLUMBING DEPT. ABOUT THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER NEED. THE BUILDING WATER SUPPLY IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE POOL.

Corrections that have been made since last year.
-max and min flow is marked to the flow meter.
-"No Diving" signs are adequate i number and spacing.
-gate self-closes.
-spine board is available for use and visible from the pool.
-The light in the filter room is working.

"WATER TESTING AND RECORD KEEPING", "CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEMS", AND CDC FECAL ACCIDENT RESPONSE HANDOUTS WERE SUPPLIED TO THE OPERATOR AND REVIEWED TO ENSURE THAT THE OPERATOR IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE REQUIRED CHEMISTRY LEVELS, CRITICAL ITEMS WHERE THE POOL MUST CLOSE, AND HOW TO RESPOND TO A FECAL ACCIDENT. THE OPERATOR SEEMED AWARE OF THESE ITEMS.
