| This inspection verifies the pump replacement is consistent with plans submitted and approved in accordance with OAC 3701-31-05. ERN for the replacement of a pump was approved by the Ohio Department of Health on 11-9-17 and is on file. The Pentair Marathon pump model 34917CM75 was replaced with the Pentair pump model # EQ750. An Automatic chemical controller was installed with a pH feeder. |
