| Flow meter not working at time of inspection and gauge on top of filter also broken. I checked all records and my readings were not matching what were being taken. Worked with the operator and retested. I will have to check my reagents since they are conducting the tests correctly. Get the flow meter and filter gauge fixed as soon as possible. |
