Do not operate the pool when disinfection system is not operating properly. Ensure that the disinfection system is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. DO NOT OPEN THE WADING POOL UNTIL THE DISINFECTION CHEMICAL PUMP IS REPAIRED. WADING POOL WAS NOT OPEN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. POOL CLOSED SIGN WAS NOT THE GATE. Correct By: 10-Jun-2022

Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. INCREASE FLOW RATE TO AT LEAST 50 GPM
