Critical Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents. Some pH adjust was stored on top of cal hypo. bags of chemical were stored touching other chemicals.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. DO NOT STACK DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHEMICALS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. SEPARATE DIFFERENT CHEMICALS. Correct By: 02-Mar-2019

Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
