The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Lawson MLD-FGD-1818) were installed 3/13/2020. The covers have a 10 year life span and must be replaced before 3/13/2030. Maximum flow rating is 816 gpm

The operator (lifeguard) was given tips on water testing to improve the accuracy of the results.

THE SKIMMER LOCATED CLOSEST TO THE GUARD OFFICE IS NOT DRAWING WATER. THE SKIMMER SHOULD BE REPAIRED IF POSSIBLE.
