Repeat A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. The jet pump does not have a means of determining the flow rate.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. INSTALL A VACUUM AND PRESSURE GAUGE FOR THE SPA JET PUMP. POST THE PUMP CURVE AND THE CALCULATION FOR DETERMINING THE FLOW RATE. Correct By: 04-Jun-2021

Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. No depth markings are on the deck.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. INSTALL AT LEAST 2 DEPTH MARKINGS ON THE DECK WITHIN 2 FEET OF THE WATERS EDGE AT LEAST 4 INCHES IN SIZE. Correct By: 04-Jun-2021

Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. ADJUST THE pH

The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar WAV 12) were installed 5/26/2018. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 5/26/2023.
