Comments
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 4/9/2019. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 4/9/2026. These drain covers have a maximum flow rating of 356 gpm. When replacing the covers, ensure that the new covers' flow rating will not be exceeded. 450 gpm.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

EMERGENCY PHONE WAS NOT TESTED AT THIS INSPECTION, BUT WILL BE IN THE FUTURE.
