Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR THE ACC FLOW SWITCH
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
Repeat Cross connection hazards were present. Hose bibs outside the club house and inside the pump room are not backflow protected.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. INSTALL ASSE 1011 BACKFLOW PREVENTERS ON THE HOSE BIBS IN THE PUMP ROOM AND OUTSIDE THE CLUB HOUSE.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR FLOW METER
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat The gate does not self-close. There is still a section under the fence with gaps greater than 4 inches
PLACE A SELF-CLOSING DEVISE ON THE GATE SO IT SELF-CLOSES AND LATCHES. CLOSE THE GAP UNDER THE FENCE IN THE BACK CORNER.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. INCREASE pH TO BETWEEN 7.2 AND 7.8 Correct By: 26-Jul-2019
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST ACC MONTHLY
