Critical Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents. The label on the chlorine tank has come off.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. RE-ATTACH THE CHLORINE LABEL ON THE CHLORINE TANK. Correct By: 01-Apr-2019

MEASURE AND RECORD THE TEMPERATURE OF WATER DAILY
ALL 4 SCREWS MUST BE USED IN THE MAIN DRAIN COVER
THE RUBBER COUPLING ON THE PIPE IN THE FILTER ROOM MUST BE REPLACED WITH A RIGID PVC MEETING ASTM F441/F441M-99 OR EQUIVALENT
THE HOSE BIB SHOULD NOT BE ON THE WATER FILL LINE THAT IS DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE POOL AFTER THE BACKFLOW
