Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. REPLACE THE MISSING SCREW IN THE MAIN DRAIN COVER.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. The "FT" depth marking tile is missing.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. REPLACE THE MISSING "FT" DEPTH MARKING TILE.
