Our records show that the main drain suction outlet cover (New Water Solutions DS 360) was installed 2/22/2017. The cover has a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 2/2/2022.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

Store reagents in a closed kit.

Keep chemical bags closed.

Ensure water testing frequency is met.
