The licensee /authorized representative was not recording water quality information in the required frequency as set forth in this rule. No recorded information was observed on 1/16, 1/17, 1/18/2018.
Water quality parameters must be tested before the pool in open and every 4 hours of operation. Information must be written and recorded on the weekly operation report.
