Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. It appears that the flow meter is not working properly.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. REPAIR THE FLOW METER OR REDUCE THE FLOW RATE TO BETWEEN 28 AND 63 GPM. Correct By: 03-May-2019
