Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low. THE HIGH CYANURIC ACID LEVEL IS AFFECTING THE ORP AND THE DISINFECTING PROPERTIES OF THE CHLORINE.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. INCREASE ALKALINITY. Correct By: 26-Aug-2023
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Repeat Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly. CONSIDER USING SHOCK CHLORINE THAT DOES NOT HAVE CYA. REDUCE CYA.
