Contact ODH to obtain approval for any construction/alterations before operating pool. SUBMIT AN EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT NOTIFICATION TO THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PUMP. THIS IS THE SECOND PUMP REPLACEMENT WITHOUT APPROVAL.
