Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not compliant covers. Covers have expired.
Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPLACE THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS. KEEP THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE (COC). RECORD THE DATE OF INSTALLATION ON THE COC.

Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. REPLACE THE MISSING WEIR IN THE SKIMMER.
