| The main drain suction outlet cover (Waterway 640-472xV) was installed on 6-1-19. The cover has a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 6-1-26. The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED. |
