Critical Circulation system was not operating properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the circulation system is not operating properly. Ensure that the circulation system is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR EXISTING CHLORINATOR. Correct By: 23-Jan-2023
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(k) / Chemical storage or use shall not result in imminent health hazard.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chemical were being stored in a manner that could result in imminent health hazard. -Observed two bags of chemicals that were open and stacked on a bucket of another chemical.
Ensure chemicals are properly stored at all times. DO NOT STORE DIFFERENT CHEMICALS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. The person in charge moved the chemicals to a safer location during the inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Repeat Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.

Repeat The test kit provided was not adequate to test for all the water quality parameters required to be regularly monitored. -Observed there was no alkalinity #9 reagent bottle in the test kit.

Emergency device (telephone) was not working. -Observed the emergency phone in the pool room was not operational at the time of the inspection.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. -REPAIR THE EMERGENCY PHONE. Correct By: 23-Jan-2023

The operator was given tips on water testing to improve the accuracy of the results.
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain coversare available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar A10RRCFR) were installed 3-24-22. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 3-24-27.
