Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. THE OPERATOR WAS INSTRUCTED TO TREAT THE POOL AND ENSURE THE FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS AT LEAST 1 PPM BEFORE LETTING PEOPLE IN THE POOL. Correct By: 15-Jun-2023

Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar A10RCFR) were installed 5/1/2021. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 5/1/2026.

The minimum required flow rate for a wading pool of this size is 56 gpm. The existing pump does not produce the required flow rate

The floor inlets should should have a proper cover.
