Repeat Backwash lines and lines from drainage sumps did not have an air gap prior to discharge
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely. CUT PIPE ON THE FLOOR DRAIN TO PROVIDE AN AIR GAP BETWEEN SEWER AND FILTER.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
Repeat There was standing water on the floor areas of the equipment room.
Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor. REPAIR WATER LEAK ON THE FILL LINE.
