Critical Chemical containers were stored without labels identifying the contents. Liquid chemicals are stored over dry chemicals in the filter room.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. ORGANIZE THE CHEMICALS THAT ARE STORED IN THE FILTER ROOM. MOVE LIQUID CHEMICALS FROM OVER DRY CHEMICALS. Correct By: 23-Jan-2018
