Critical Electrical components were not maintained and could be a hazard.
Repair and maintain all electrical components to a safe, non-hazardous condition. -Observed an electrical box outside near the pump that was open, and wires and connections inside were exposed to the elements. ENSURE ANY ELECTRICAL WIRES AND ELECRICAL COMPONENTS ARE KEPT COVERED AND PROTECTED. Correct By: 12-Jul-2023

Critical Repeat Chemical containers were stored properly or were without labels identifying the contents. -Observed the large container of chlorine stored outside near the pump was not labeled. PROMPTLY LABEL ALL CHEMICALS. -Observed a bag of sodium bicarbonate stored on the floor of the equipment room. DO NOT STORE BAGS OF CHEMICALS ON THE FLOOR.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. Correct By: 12-Jul-2023
