THIS VIOLATION IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. CLOSE SPA UNTIL THE SPA FREE CHLORINE LEVEL IS ADJUST ED TO AT LEAST 2 PPM. CALL ME WHEN CORRECTED.
