3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Outlet covers were not secured. Two screws missing.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. THE HAYWARD FRAME MAY NEED TO BE REPLACE WITH AN AQUASTAR FRAME TO FIT THE AQUASTAR COVER. INSTALL 4 STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS.
