Comments
The main drain suction outlet cover (New Water Solutions DS 360) was installed on 6-29-16. The cover has a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 6-29-21. The cover has a flow rating of 246 gpm.

The Certificate of Compliance was not available for the main drain cover. One was supplied to operator at the time of inspection. Keep a copy at the facility for future review.

When using CYA (cyanuric acid) the alkalinity level is calculated by subtracting 1/3 the CYA level from the alkalinity reading. EXAMPLE: alkalinity test reading = 70 ppm, CYA = 60 ppm. Alkalinity is 70 ppm – (60/3) = 50 ppm
