3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Minimime disinfection was tested at "0" ppm.
Get chloring chemical to provide disinfection.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. -Observed Free Chlorine, Combined Chlorine, and Total Chlorine was not documented in the weekly log.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Arrived to conduct pool inspection. Pool open sign was displayed.
After reviewing records it was noted that no documentation was being tracked.
Will return to provide education on pool water chemistry testing procedures and proper documentation.
Spoke to Jonathan, Steve and Dustin from facility maintenance.
