[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv. Observed the ORP was 590. HAVE THE ACC UNIT INSPECTED TO DETERMINE WHY THE ORP IS LOW.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool. -Observed the free chlorine to be 0.4 ppm. -The operator was not onsite and did not respond to calls on 8/3/23. It was recommended to all bathers in the pool that they exit the pool, as the chlorine levels were too low. DO NOT OPERATE THE POOL IF THE CHLORINE IS LESS THAN 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(2) / Authorized representative is on-site or within 30 minutes of pool location
Authorized representative was not on-site or within 30 minutes of pool location. -After observing the free chlorine was less than 1 ppm, the operator was contacted, and they did not respond within the required 30 minutes. MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AVAILABLE WHILE THE POOL IS IN OPERATION.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. -Observed the flow rate was below the minimum required to acheive a full turnover within 480 minutes.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

-Since no representative for the pool was available, bathers in the pool were encouraged to exit the pool, because the chlorine levels were below 1 ppm.

-A re-inspection will be conducted on 8-4-23.

-Provide certificates of compliance with installation dates for the floor drains. If the installation dates cannot be confirmed, new drain covers will need to be installed prior to next license year.
