The facilities were not maintained in a safe, clean & sanitary, and in good repair. -Observed residual spill in pump/mechanical room as well as in pool chemical area nea pool.
Access chemical spillage and use appropriate measures to clean area.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical -Observed pool chemical and ACC control area at pool side unlocked and accesible to the general public.
Equipment/chemical/storage areas shall be locked at all times to prevent unauthorized access to the general public.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly -Observed no flow or pressure switch mechanisms on the pool ACC controller.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. -Pool ACC unit should have a shut off valve and tested monthly and documented on the pool log.
