[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
It does not appear that cyanuric acid tests are being run or recorded. Despite my records reading 0 ppm and liquid chlorine is the main disinfectant added, cyanuric acid tests should still be run weekly.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Repeat First aid equipment was not provided.
A first aid kit was either not available or not in a readily visible location on the pool deck area. Obtain and place a basic first aid kit on the pool deck area, perhaps by the emerency contact phone..

Inspection Information

Facility Type: Pool

[?] Inspection Type: Standard

Inspection Date: 10-August-2016

Comments
*At time of inspection flow meter was reading 100 gpm, max filter flow rate is 120 gpm, make sure flow does not exceed 120 gpm or you may experience fiter wash out.
*My test kit for free chlorine was showing 20 ppm for free chlorine. There is no current high level for chlorine aside from what the range of the test kit can provide, though record books at 10 am showed 5 ppm. Make sure chlorine is being accurately read and recorded. If current kit only allows a reading up to 5 ppm then obtain a kit capable of reading above 5 ppm or keep the pool free chlorine range between 1 and 5 ppm.
