Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers was not provided at the guarded pool. -Observed back board without with out straps.
Provide a back/spine board with straps and a head immobilizer at the pool at all times. Provided straps for the back board.
