Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. ELIMINATE THE GAP UNDER THE FENCE WHERE IT IS GREATER THAN 4 INCHES. REPLACE THE BROKEN SLAT IN THE FENCE TO ELIMINATE THE GAP IN THE FENCE THAT IS GREATER THAN 4 INCHES.

Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
