Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AVSCO A+A Manu AVSC 8x32 ) were installed 10/23/2018. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 10/23/2025. The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover was posted in the equipment room. The date of installation was written of the COC. Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in a location available to other employees. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles was available for handling chemicals.
