Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. INCREASE THE FLOW RATE TO AT LEAST 372 GPM. THE THROTTLE VALVE APPEARS NOT TO BE COMPLETELY OPEN. Critical Chemical containers were stored improperly.
Properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure. MOVE CHEMICALS IN THE GUARD ROOM SO THAT THE LIQUID CHEMICALS ARE NOT STORED ABOVE OTHER CHEMICALS. Correct By: 16-Jun-2021

Comments
The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover is available in the lifeguard room.

Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed on 5-14-19. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5-14-26.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.
