3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPAIR ACC FLOW SWITCH PUMP INTERLOCK.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Repeat SVRS test results were not maintained.
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. TEST THE SVRS AND RECORD RESULTS ON THE LOG SHEET. A SHUT OFF VALVE CAN BE INSTALLED BEFORE THE PUMP TO SIMULATE A BLOCKING OF THE MAIN DRAINS. THE OTHER METHOD FOR TESTING THE SVRS IS TO PLACE A MAT OVER THE DRAINS.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. ADJUST ALKALINITY. Correct By: 01-Mar-2024

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room.
Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 3/15/2021. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 3/15/2028.

CDC DO NOT RECOMMEND BROMINE LEVELS HIGHER THAN 8 PPM.
CDC DOES NOT RECOMMEND CHLORINE LEVELS HIGHER THAN 10 ppm.
