Comments
-Observed a missing screw on a deck drain cover.

-Observed the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room. Have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

-The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 10/19/2021. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 10/19/2028.
