A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. The flow meter is improperly located on the pipe. It is only 11 inches downstream from the elbow on a 2 inch pipe.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool. INSTALL THE FLOW METER AT LEAST 10 TIME THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE DOWNSTREAM FROM A TURBULENCE AND AT LEAST 5 TIMES THE DIAMETER OF THE PIPE UPSTREAM FROM TURBULENCE. Correct By: 09-Jul-2017

Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. The "No Diving" markings are more than 25 ft apart.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated. PLACE ADDITIONAL "NO DIVING" SIGNS ON THE DECK SO THEY ARE NO MORE THAN 25 FT APART. Correct By: 09-Jul-2017
