Have the backflow prevention device evaluated or replaced so that backflow is prevented. Backflow prevention devices should be inspected and documentaion available upon inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(k) / Outlet drain covers are secure/meet ANSI/ASME A112.19.8-2007 requirements.
Critical Repeat Observed one screw missing on the drain cover that is on the east of the pool.
Install appropriate screw in drain cover.
